Peter Sörwing works as Pastry Chef at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen. Summer of 1999 he participated in a special course for Ice-Carving in Japan as well as a competition where he got an honourable mention.

In his daily work he makes chocolates, creams, wedding-cakes, pralines and a variety of desserts. The Hilton somtimes arranges large buffets and on such occasions he creates ice-sculptures on the theme of the buffet.
